For anyone from age 7 upwards.
Beginners with no previous experience will learn to master the basic skills of foil fencing. Blade work including basic attack moves and defensive actions. Footwork including full use of the piste, lunges and fleches.
Experienced fencers will develop their repertoire with individual analysis and assessment of strengths and weaknesses to maximize their potential.
Individual coaching sessions from our GB squad coaches.
All equipment provided including plastic equipment for younger fencers and masks, metal foils , body wires, electric lame jackets, safety under-plastron, jacket, glove and scoring system for older fencers.
Tracksuit bottoms must be worn.
